As the new 2019 corona virus (COVID-19) has a major global impact, we consider it is important to communicate the measures taken to ensure health and safety for our guests.

• Enhanced cleaning standards and environmental friendly cleaning products with a greater concentration of bacteria-killing ingredients are used throughout the property from our experienced cleaning staff.
• Change of clothing and towels as well as cleaning service during the stay will be provided only on demand (free of charge).
• Hand sanitizer gels and surgical masks will be also provided.
• Disposable covers of TV and A/C controls will be replaced after every check out.
• All the surfaces will be cleaned by steam cleaner (superheated dry steam up to 70 degrees Celsius specialized for pillows and fabric surfaces) after every check out.
• Keys are disinfected before we hand it to you or they will be placed them on the door upon request.
• Air filters and A/C components will be cleaned regularly.
• All associates will be briefed on enhanced personal hygiene.
• Sanitizing stations will be positioned throughout the hotel.
• For the purposes of public health protection actions, we keep a record of staff members (cleaning staff and manager)and all persons residing in the establishment – name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, telephone, e-mail) – so that it becomes possible communication with close contacts of any COVID-19 impact, which may be identified afterwards.

• Check out and check in timetable changes to 11.00 am check-out and 15.00 am check-in.
• Contact details for health care providers, public and private hospitals and pharmacies will be issued. For any additional information the manager will be at your disposal.
• Contactless check-in is provided upon request.

You will be kindly advised to open the doors and the windows for natural ventilation of the space daily!
